Learning the Bible… In-Depth
Our lead pastor, Bryne Palmer, is intent on bringing the full depth of God’s Word to anyone that comes into Rio Church. We believe the Bible is active and relevant to our life and world. If you want to learn about Jesus and His gospel for the first time or you are a believer that wants to grow in faith, it’s our goal that each Sunday you have that opportunity.
Singing Praises… Together
When we get together, we sing our praises in worship of our Savior. Our executive/worship pastor, Nathan Culberson, leads the congregation to focus our hearts and minds on what matters. Our musical worship is authentic, lively, and fresh.
As part of our worship, we also pray for one another, and give towards the needs of the church.
Gathering as a Community
We seek to do life together. There is time every Sunday to have a conversation, pray together, or make new friends. Our small groups meet weekly at each other’s houses, where we can have deeper discussion about faith and share each other’s struggles and burdens. When we say church, we mean the people.
Providing A Safe & Loving Space for Kids
We love our families and our kids. Our church has dedicated volunteers each week that will watch your kids and give them a safe place to have fun and learn about Jesus at their level. Safety is important to us, which is why we have a check-in process that ensures only you can drop off and pick up you children.
No Requirements. Come as you are.
Bring your mess— is what we like to say. Some of us are married, some are single, older, young, college students, nerds, grandparents, and much more. There’s no dress code. Bring your curiosity, questions, and an open heart to receive God’s Word.
A Church Community for the NE Heights
Our doors open at 9:45 AM for our Sunday morning service which is a little over an hour. We have coffee, refreshments, and childcare for parents. If you can’t join us in-person, we also livestream to our YouTube channel.
