A Church Plant in Rio Rancho

Revive New Mexico was birthed from a vision ten years ago: God showed Pastor Paul a vine miraculously growing in a barren desert; “I’m going to bring life in this desert land,” God said. Not knowing what that meant at the time, Paul felt God leading him back to New Mexico where he met the love of his life, Sarah, and partnered with Rio Church, building life-long friendships with his Christian brothers and sisters. During this season, Paul became the children’s pastor and then the evangelism pastor for Rio. His heart beats for the lost and unchurched New Mexicans who desperately need the saving and transforming love of Jesus Christ!

But it’s not enough to just enough to just “say the right things.” The apostle James admonishes the Church that faith without action behind it is not real faith at all: If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food, and one of you says to them, “Depart in peace, be warmed and filled,” but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what does it profit? Thus, also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead. But someone will say, “You have
faith, and I have works.” Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works. (James 2:15-19; NKJV) [emphasis added]. Revive NM Church taking care of it’s community isn’t just yearly event, it’s a weekly part of our lifeblood!

We are not only doers of the Word however, but also desperately dependent on the power of the Holy Spirit. Without Him we know that true spiritual revival can never happen. It’s only through the power of the Gospel that anyone can be transformed and renewed. This means that just as much as we pursue the lost, we pursue an intimate, deep relationship with our Heavenly Father as the Family of God.

➢ SUPPORT of us financially – We are currently raising funds for a building and more service projects.
➢ WORSHIP with us – We will start meeting June 15th, 2024 every Saturday at a partner church building: 103 Rio Rancho Dr NE D1, Rio Rancho, NM 87124
➢ SERVE the community with us – We regularly serve as Christ instructed through a variety of service projects, such as picking up litter and helping those in need.
➢ PRAY for us – Revival comes only through the power of God and His Gospel.
